What started as a little hobby back in 2023, today has seen over 850 guests booking 1200+ nights across 3 properties in Guwahati.
Having travelled across 75 countries and all 7 continents, we have seen our fair share of hotels, homestays and whatnots. Over the years of building Sweet Home Guwahati, we have tried to incorporate some of the best notes of hospitality that we picked from our travels.
Apartment owners who have worked with us, have consistently seen higher occupancy, better understanding of the hosting ecosystem and the most important 'happy guests'; i.e. repeat customers!
We work with clients on several models so you can decide which works best for your property and hosting goals.

We co-host the property for a fix duration before handing over with upgrades/changes incorporated into practice -
Co-Hosting
We become the co-host for ongoing basis and we help to train your staff (or we can help hire them as well). We work on commission basis in this model so we only make money when you do. -
Fully Hosted
We manage your property & staff as the primary host. You can bring in your own staff or we can help hire them for you. This is also a commission based model, so we make money when you do
